We want you to absolutely love what you order from Ormond Beach T-Shirt Company! But here’s the deal — due to the custom nature of many of our items, not everything can be returned or exchanged.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the personalized nature of our work (and a few hygiene rules), the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — unless they arrive damaged or defective:
