We want you to absolutely love what you order from Ormond Beach T-Shirt Company! But here’s the deal — due to the custom nature of many of our items, not everything can be returned or exchanged.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the personalized nature of our work (and a few hygiene rules), the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Sale items

Thank you for understanding — we handcraft many of these goodies just for you!

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to accept exchanges on eligible items!

• Contact us within: 3 business days of delivery

• Ship items back within: 7 business days of delivery

• Return shipping costs: Buyer is responsible

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition.

If you're returning an eligible item:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued to account for loss in value
