SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Standard shipping delivers within 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

  • Expedited shipping delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Please keep in mind that weather delays and delays due to USPS exceptions are out of our control.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.

  • Customers can view the shipping charges before completing the purchase at the checkout.

  • Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.

4. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping with delivery times varying based on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Tracking information is provided for all orders.

  • Customers will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Customers will be notified if a product cannot be shipped to their location.

7. Shipping Address:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • Customers should contact the shipping carrier to resolve such issues.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If a package is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

10. Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual.

  • Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance during such periods.

11. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP POLICY

* For customers located in the Central Florida area, We offer delivery and pick-up services*

Local Delivery​​​​

  • We offer delivery to our Central Florida customers who reside in the immediate local area, determined by your zip code.

  • Delivery rate is a flat fee of $7.00

Pick-Up: 

  • We offer local pick up at no additional cost at our store front location during our regular business hours. 

  • Once you received your "Order is Ready for Pick-up!" Email, come on over and we will be more than happy to see you!
