Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once your payment is confirmed.

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (U.S. only)

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, depending on your location

Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination.
You'll see the exact shipping charges before completing your order at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their local government.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number.
Once your package ships, we’ll email you the tracking info so you can follow its journey.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package shows as “Delivered” in the carrier’s system, we are no longer responsible.
If your package is missing, we recommend contacting your carrier directly to open a claim.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

10. Holiday Shipping

Orders placed during busy holiday seasons may take longer to arrive.
We recommend ordering early to avoid delays!

11. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Absolutely free!
Pick up your order at our store during business hours once you receive the “Ready for Pick-Up” email.
